Ok, the story goes like this:
1. Upgraded Windows 7 Ultimate x64 to Windows 10 Pro x64
2. Run VMWare Workstation 11 machine - machine starts fine but no network in it (shows "cable unplugged")
3. Changed Network adapter type for that VM from "Bridged" to "NAT" - and started VM - network works ok.
4. Shut down, changed back to "Bridged" - no luck, still same problem.
5. Executed workstation installation EXE and selected repair option.
6. After "repair" the problem changed a bit - it no longer shows "cable unplugged" but tryes to get IP for long time and fails, multiple attempts to disable/enable - do not help.
So uninstalled workstation 11 fully, rebooted , installed again , rebooted and run VM - now "bridged" mode works properly.
Just wanted you to know there is an issue there.
